Snežana Nena Brzaković

Snežana Nena Brzaković is a singer who studied in Belgrade, Serbia and Berlin, Germany. She has received many awards and recognitions for her artistic work.
She has performed numerous roles and given concerts and recitals in various countries including Germany, Austria, Belarus, Ukraine, Lithuania, Serbia, and Spain. From 1998 to 2007, she was a docent for singing at the Hochschule für Musik "Hanns Eisler" in Berlin. Since 2006, she has been the artistic director of the Institute for Singing and Breathing training in Berlin. She has also worked as a guest professor at several institutions including the Academy of Music in Vilnius, Lithuania, the Latvian Music Academy Jazeps Vitols in Riga, and the Conservatory of Music in Ljubljana and Maribor. She has served as a jury member at international master classes and singing competitions around the world. Many of her students have gone on to become successful opera singers on international stages. Since 2007, she has worked as a singing teacher and since 2017, as the artistic director of the international opera course Oper Oder-Spree. She has also worked as a singing pedagogue for the children's choir and young soloists at the Staatsoper Berlin and as a vocal coach for the Berliner Philharmoniker and Sir Simon Rattle. She is highly sought after as a vocal expert and breathing teacher, and has held master classes in various countries around the world. Since 2015, she has been working as a vocal coach for child soloists at the Berlin State Opera with conductors such as Vinzenz Weissemburger, Daniel Barenboim, and Zubin Mehta. Since 2020, she has been engaged as a vocal expert for master exams at the Swiss Opera Studio, University of the Arts in Bern, Switzerland.
